Shipping Policy

1. Shipping rules for orders shipped from our warehouse in Switzerland (CH) to all countries: Swiss TRACK & TRACE (insured up to 150 USD). Shipped within 1-3 business days. 5-8 days delivery time. Shipping at cost. 

2. Shipping rules for orders shipped from our warehouse in China (CN) to the following countries:

 

As from Nov 1, 2023:

- Orders below 0.25kg (½ lbs) are charged $9
- Orders from 0.25kg (½ lbs) to 12kg (26.5lbs) are charged based on total weight. 
- All orders up to 10KG/22LBS are shipped with DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) dedicated airline and take 9 to 13 days to destination. 
- Shipping is tracked. Tracking info will be provided by email once your ordre has been dispatched.
- We usually ship within 1-3 business days. Please contact us if you didn't receive the shipping confirmation after 3 days.- SHIPPING DELAYS MAY OCCUR. Please contact us if your order has not been delivered after 20 days. 
- Orders above 12KG/26.5LBS are shipped by sea (25-35 days).

3. Shipping rules for orders shipped from our warehouse in China (CN) to United States (Hawaii):
- Orders up to 5KG/11LBS: UPS DDU 6-8 days (the seller is responsible for ensuring goods arrive safely to a destination; the buyer is responsible for import duties). 
- Shipping is tracked. Tracking info will be provided by email once your ordre has been dispatched.
- We usually ship within 1-3 business days. Please contact us if you didn't receive the shipping confirmation after 3 days. Shipping time is USUALLY 8-12 days. SHIPPING DELAYS MAY OCCUR. Please contact us if your order has not been delivered after 18 days.

Acrydis cannot be held responsible for any delay with custom clearance.

Acrydis is not responsible for paying custom taxes or any other fees related to customs and/or import duties.
