Shipping Policy


As from Aug 1, 2024:

 Shipping rules for orders shipped from our warehouse in China (CN) to the following countries:

Switzerland, United States (49 of 62 states), Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.

Shipping Rates & Methods: 

BY AIR

  • Orders are charged based on total weight and volume.
  • Orders up to 2KG can only be shipped via DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) dedicated airline, with an estimated delivery time of 9 to 13 days.
  • All shipments are tracked, and tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
  • If you have not received a shipping confirmation after 3 business days, please contact us.

Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, shipping delays may occur.
  • If your order has not been delivered within 20 days, please contact us for assistance.

BY SEA:

  • Orders are charged based on total weight and volume.
  • Orders above 2KG can be shipped via DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) dedicated Sea Economic Channel.
  • Orders are processed and shipped every Thursday.
  • Tracking Information: Tracking will be available once the goods arrive on U.S. soil. 
  • Shipping Schedule: . Once shipped, delivery typically takes 25-35 business days. Please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or logistical issues

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5-10 business days.
  • If you have not received a shipping confirmation after 15 business days, please contact us.

Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, shipping delays may occur.
  • If your order has not been delivered within 50 days, please contact us for assistance.

Additional Information:

  • All customs duties and taxes are covered under our DDP service.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid any delivery complications.

2. Shipping rules for orders shipped from our warehouse in Switzerland (CH) to all countries: Swiss TRACK & TRACE (insured up to 150 USD). Shipped within 1-3 business days. 5-8 days delivery time. Shipping at cost. 

3. Shipping rules for orders shipped from our warehouse in China (CN) to United States (Hawaii):
- Orders up to 5KG/11LBS: UPS DDU 6-8 days (the seller is responsible for ensuring goods arrive safely to a destination; the buyer is responsible for import duties). 
- Shipping is tracked. Tracking info will be provided by email once your ordre has been dispatched.
- We usually ship within 1-3 business days. Please contact us if you didn't receive the shipping confirmation after 3 days. Shipping time is USUALLY 8-12 days. SHIPPING DELAYS MAY OCCUR. Please contact us if your order has not been delivered after 18 days.

Acrydis cannot be held responsible for any delay with custom clearance.

Acrydis is not responsible for paying custom taxes or any other fees related to customs and/or import duties.
