Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not accepted under the following circumstances:
- Orders in Transit: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
- Shipping Delays: We do not offer refunds for delivery delays, as shipping times may vary due to external factors.
- Orders Within Shipping Policy: If the order complies with our stated shipping policy, refunds will not be granted.
Eligible Refunds
We offer refunds in the following cases:
- Faulty or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos as proof.
- Incorrect Product Received: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
For refund requests, please contact our customer support team with your order details and supporting evidence.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Damaged Product
Despite all the care taken in packing your order, the product may be damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged product, please send us a photo of:
1. packaging
2. the entire product including barcode
3. close up of the damaged part
Damaged and/or wrong products are replaced and reshipped to the customer without extra charge.
Delivery
An order that has been delivered will be marked 'delivered' on the tracking follow-up provided by Acrydis and works as a proof of delivery. If your order has been delivered but is missing or stolen, it cannot be refunded. Please contact your local delivery service if you have any problems.
